Youth @ SBC

We run 2 youth clubs on a Friday night during term time. We aim to provide a fun and safe environment for young people to relax and spend time with their friends. Our youth clubs are split by school year groups.

Entrance is £1.50. Your first week is free.

In our younger group the young people get 40p worth of tuck and then a juice carton which is covered by their entry subs.

In our older group we have a tuck shop where the young people are allowed to purchase as much as they would like to spend. They will need to bring some cash as the tuck shop is not included in entry subs for the older group.

See the poster on the right more more information.

Events and Trips

The youth at SBC attend and take part in several other events and trips. Once a month we have a joint youth service with 4 other churches in our district. In the past we have attended Big Church Festival, currently we attend May Camp. Every summer we arrange a residential at West Watch Retreat Centre for our youth. This normally includes a walk, outside games and our annual water fight! We have also had a mission trip to Kenya, where we carreid out some work at a local childrens rescue centre that the church supports.
