What we believe
As Christians we believe that as the creator and ruler of the universe, God exists in three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
The Son of God, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, lived a sinless human life and offered himself as the perfect sacrifice for sin by dying on a cross. He rose from the dead to show his power over sin and death. He ascended to heaven and he will return again to reign over the earth. He now brings us into a new relationship with him and, by his Holy Spirit, enables us to live a life full of joy and power.
We believe that the Bible is God’s unique revelation to mankind, the inspired, infallible Word of God. As such, it is the supreme and final authority for faith and practice. We believe that Christians should meet together to build each other up in their faith and to encourage one another to share their faith with others and to do good to each other and to the community around them.
